I had a really great experience here! The staff was super friendly, I felt right at home. I also loved the extra attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious, offering so many options!

The location is very convenient, with the main clock tower on the waterfront only five minutes away. Parking was convenient. I found transportation very easy and safe both day and night!

romantic getaway with mountain views
warm welcome family room mountain view
I adored the energetic staff. They welcomed us so warmly. we received complimentary drinks upon arrival, a sweet and unexpected treat. the mountain view from our superior family room was magnificent, a constant source of wonder each morning, the view was so very nice.
The bathroom felt a bit cramped. The space was smaller than expected. the layout was awkward, it wasn't ideal and was a challenge , i wish the layout was better.

The restaurant and bar offer a vibrant atmosphere. Excellent food is served on the ground floor. the breakfast buffet has a wide selection and the option to order from an a la carte menu makes the experience very special.

small bathroom constant cold air
the location was acceptable and allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
The bathroom was too small (especially the shower). the air conditioning could not be turned off. It blew cold air constantly. it was quite uncomfortable .
